Meet & Eat:  March 19th, 630PM - Noodles Express on Division
We will all be gathering again at the Noodles Express on Division (same parking lot as the Onion) to scarf down some delicious food and chat all things cars and racing.  Hope to see all of you there!

ASNW Test'n'Tune:  March 20th/21st, 8AM - Deer Park Airfield
It's finally time to Auto Cross!  This is a perfect event for those of you who need some seat time with your new modifications or, for those of you who have never Auto Crossed.  This is a non-points event that is very laid back allowing for LOTS of seat time to learn your car and the basics of Auto Crossing.  I highly recommend attending at least one of these days if you're a first-timer.  I don't plan on racing on Saturday so if you want some incar guidance, please let me know.

This weekend will also be used to do Season Tech on your car.  Season Tech will allow your car to be fully inspected one time for the entire season making your mornings shorter which is always nice.

As always, nwBMWclub members will receive a membership discount ($20/day or $35 for the weekend) if you pre-register on the Axware website.  If you have not created an account, you will need to do so before registering.  Just be sure to select "AutosportsNW - Autosports Northwest" for your club selection when registering.  As of March 3rd, registration has not been turned on but should be by the coming weekend.  Still need help registering?  Click Here.

5erWest:  June 5th, 10AM - Gladstone, Oregon
What are you doing on June 5th?  nwBMWclub is proud to announce our FIRST ANNUAL 5erWest event being held in Gladstone, Oregon.  5erWest is an event celebrating the early lineage of the BMW 5 Series (think E30 Picnic but for the 5 Series).  All BMW models are welcome and we encourage everyone who can attend to do so but the focus of the show will be on the early 5 Series:  e34, e28, e12, etc.  For full details and registration please head over to our newly created site:  www.5erwest.com.

Scott Norton Update
Scott and his team have entered in the Pacific Raceway's 6 Hour Enduro Race on March 28th.  He has invited ALL of us to come out and watch and cheer him and his teammates on to victory lane.  We wish Scott and everyone involved the best of luck and I (James) will be the loudest one out there cheering!

In other racing related news, we will again be sponsoring Scott in July as he makes his way over to Spokane for the Spokane Grand Prix on July 10th/11th.  Please let James or Jake know if you would like to help with either donating or supply some gas for Scott.

Evolution School Registration:  June 5th
For those of you not attending 5erWest I highly recommend signing up for the Evolution Driving School.  The cost is $225 (cheapest you will ever see for this type of school) and will have the option of Phase 2 (if you have taken Phase 1) or Phase 1 if you have never done any of their schools.  I cannot stress enough how important this school was for me personally last year.  My driving improved so much that I was knocking SECONDS off of my runs.  This school is suitable for complete novice's and hardened season veterans. 

As a side note, those of you attending this event will also receive the next race day (Sunday the 6th) completely free.
