Website Updates
Over the winter I will be making quite a
few changes to our website. I already
finished one of those tasks by making an
external
Gallery which will make my job much
easier in the future.
Check it out and post any comments you
have on the
Forum.
Member Gary is Famous!
Another one of Gary's car has made another
magazine. This time, his E30 Schnitzer
Replica 325i has made BMWCAR. Check
out the pictures and thread on the
Forum. Congratulations, Gary!
Member Projects
Quite a few of our members (me included)
have begun various projects that are worth
the time to check out.

Preston's E30 S50
Gary's E30 M3 Engine Build
Michon's E30 Turbo Project
Rodd's M10 E30 Turbo Auto Cross Car
ASNW 2010 Season Trophy Results
This was nwBMWclub's second full season
racing with Auto Sports Northwest and it was
a successful one to say the least. We
finished with 7 Season Trophy's and a couple
more members were within mere points of
winning one as well.
- James H First Place in Stock 2
- Saleem B Second Place in Stock 2
- Doug N Second Place in Non-Stock 1
- Adam H Third Place in Non-Stock 1
- David M First Place in Non-Stock 2
- Bailey S Third Place in Non-Stock 2
- Kevin R First Place in Street Tire
Michon D would have likely won a trophy had
he kept racing his M3 but it just wasn't in
the cards for him. Rodd T did not
complete in the same class all year so he
also was just short of taking home another
trophy. I expect 2011 to be even
better as a lot of the projects our members
working on are nearing completion.
Rodd did win the season PAX points though
and James, David, Doug and Adam finished
6th-9th overall. Michon finished just
outside of the top 10 at 11th place for the
season.
ASNW 2010 National Auto Cross Results
The final event of the season was a huge
success with the most racers we have seen
all year (80+). Logr and ASNW put on
an excellent event at Spokane County Raceway
and we cannot thank them enough. Lots
of runs + a long course made it extremely
challenging weekend (I even went off and
nearly hit the embankment on Sunday.)
nwBMWclub once again did excellent and
finished with 6 Trophy Finishes giving us a
total of 89 for the 2010 season.
- 4 First Place Finishes (James H S2, David
M NS2, Kevin R Tire, & Nic B NST)
- 2 Second Place Finishes (Kyle K S2, Doug N
NS1)
Doug, Adam and James finished 8-10th overall
in PAX out of 83.

Montana Run 5 Wrap-Up
Our 5th Annual Montana Run came and went
and luckily, the weather held up for us.
I want to thank everyone who came out and
made this event happen especially those who
come all the way from the Seattle/Portland
area just to make this drive. This
year I believe we found the perfect route
that will continue to make this drive a
success for years to come.

Final Note
Thank you everyone for a great 2010 Year!
